fuel pump seems ok you can hear noise,but never check fuel filter,fuel distributor, fuel pressure and fuel regulator

PUMP MAY BE RUNNING BUT NOT BUILDING ANY PRESSURE. CK FUEL PRESSURE TO START WITH THEN GO FROM THERE
usually what is good fuel pressure on this car? tnx
40 lbs pressure and that should be good enough, next maybe regulator and cold start?
