How to fix the Oil leak problem? 92000 miles

having the same issue; dealership estimated repairs at $4K average; took it my go to shop (very knowledgeable and reputable); just spent $1300 and issue is still persistent. check engine light also is randomly on and off with a code that is unregistered anywhere. Now I'm considering getting rid of it; doesn t make any sense. I feel like they might have coded something in there to ensure only dealerships can clear some issues; same dealership fixed my ac probem last year and issue is not back less than a year later. I personally am losing trust in the brand. Best of luck you.
