Is the cold valve the same as a PCV valve. My car wont start unless I warm it up

Have temp sensor checked. cold start 'INJECTOR' is possibly what you are refering to. When engine temp is below a certain point it injects extra fuel(to enrichen mixture) , like a choke would on older carbuerated cars (before fuel injection). IF PCM is not seeing correct values , it will not command it 'on'.Get some info and check CONTROL circuits BEFORE raplacing parts. Although guessing can be fun!
