Spindle broke on back driver's side outer barron will not slide onto place

What is your question?

Tried 3 different barons all with same result would only go so far on spindle have to tap the baron on it to get it to stay

Hopefully you have replaced the broken spindle - Check the replacement for scored or roughened surfaces where the bearings ride. File or sand as needed to smooth surfaces - try bearing fitment until it slides on spindle with ease.
