Alarm on vw cabrio want go off

What is your question?

Changed the battery. Now I get flashing emergency lights that come on and Off in 30 second intervals. 97 cabrio I have replaced #6 fuse I used the key to unlock trunk and passenger door at 30 second inteevala I have left key in on position for 10 min. What else can I do ?
