Id fuse and relays

What is your question?

Battery terminals got cross now fuel pump makes no noise had no gas in lines found 7 blown fuses(the mini fuses) replaced those. At fuel relay only 1 hot wire but at fuse panel i have 2 hot post. I have no clue to why relay number is 191 906 383C is there another somewhere slot 12us where I pulled relay. Or is there a bigger problem?

Unfortunately there is no repair protocol for this type of error - only way to determine what has been damaged is via *hands-on* inspection, testing and evaluation by qualified personnel . Good luck!
