What is your question?
Transmission started acting hinky it's bucking when it's cold also it threw itself into neutral when it was in drive and I was coming up on a stop sign scared the hell out of me and it whined itself out and then finally went back into gear I had to actually throw it into park and then throw it into drive for it to engage again it was the weirdest experience I've ever had and it just came out of nowhere it was right after I had it serviced brought it into Aamco for another service cuz it keeps on doing it not to that a particular extent but it bucks especially when it's cold so what does that tell you transmission failure needs to be dealt with but it's going to get worse and it's going to cost me about $1,500.00 to fix and I can't ignore it once it reaches that stage where I can ignore it and to prevent for the damage to my transmission I need to bring it in right away when I reach that point now what's the deal with this? I only have 82,000 original miles on it
What makes this problem better or worse?
Of course the only time it does happen is when it's cold and I know a thing or two my dad was a mechanic so I know what that means
How long has your 2013 Volkswagen Beetle had this problem?
Two to three months

Unfortunately this is going to require *hands-on* evaluation by qualified personnel - it is likely a test drive is all that needed .. Will need to leave vehicle at auto repair facility so cold drivability test can be performed. Never shift transmission into park while vehicle is in motion!
