How do I change the spark plugs on 2003 Beetle 1.8L non turbo

I have aready asked this same question before and all I got was yes you have to remove the plastic manifold, I'm just about to pull the engine to do this because I can't figure out how to pull this G_ _ D_ M manifold and for some reason NO ONE will tell me????????????????? (sboatboatman@aol.com)
