Would stuffing your cars exhaust pipe with snow cause carbon monoxide poisoning?

Unless there is a leak in the exhaust system elsewhere, the engine will not operate IF the tail pipe is plugged! (Engine won't run with stopped up exhaust so the answer to your question is NO!)
