Starting my 2009 Yaris sedan there's a squealing/chirping sound

What is your question?

The sound happens when I start the car and sometimes when it's idle at a stop light/sign. Is this the serpentine belt? I want to take it in but also don't want to be taken for a ride. Thank you!
