What is your question?
I this something I should be immediately concerned about. Should I drive it anywhere?
How long has your 2013 Toyota Venza had this problem?
a few days

AWD lamp illuminates by default when there is an engine operating systems error that illuminates the check engine light - - this should not present a problem as far as driving the vehicle - however it is recommended to seek out repair personnel for *hands-on* testing at next soonest convenience.
Note; a ‘flashing’ or ‘blinking’ check engine light requires more immediate attention! Once the engine operating systems error has been corrected and codes cleared - both the check engine as well as the AWD lights should disappear.
