Try moving the seat front/back/up/down. What type of fabric cover is on the seat? If leather there are many different conditioners/cleaners that help keep it soft and less noisy.

The seats are leather. Someone suggested to adjust position of the center console. It only rubs on passenger side seat. Is this a known fix?

NO. I even checked TSBs and Identifix for you, this advise is what I have seen help similar situations. If others are having the same problems they are not as prompt to report it as you are.
