I change the charcoal canister and the purge valve solenoid and it's still clicking at the gas pump

I replace the charcoal canister and the purge valve solenoid. After replace those two part when I go to the gas pump and pump gas it's still take a long time pumping gas. The gas pump still clicks acting like my tank is full but its not
