Can an 18 in spare tire be safely used if the Tundra has 20 in rims

I purchased my Tundra in 2013. It had 20 inch tires and rims. I recently bought 4 new tires & found out the brand new spare for the Tundra was only 18in. Can my Tundra be driven safely if I have to use the 18 in spare. How far can I drive on the 18 in spare tire & still be safe.

We can’t measure the height of the spare tire to be compared to the height of the tires on truck - you’ll have to do that! 4x4 is more sensitive to mismatched tire *height*... Good luck to ya!
