wont shift out of park and check engine, ABS, airbag and brake light on lit on console.

Changed battery and the alarm started going off so disconnect battery. after re-connecting, the truck started but the lights above on lit on the console and it won;t shift out of park. Also, power seats, windows, AC and radio are not working.
