My Foxwell says it is a misfire on #5 cylinder. I changed the coil and regapped the plug. Note: I replaced the plugs less than 100 miles ago.I have checked each plug to make sure they were all gapped correctly and reinstalled. Thinking it might have been the #5 coiI, I replaced it. The plug for #5 cylinder was really close so I regapped it and reinstalled. I had bought extra coils, so, considering maybe I had defective or maybe incorrect coils, I replaced #4. My Foxwell still shows a misfire on #5 cylinder and I still have the same engine miss. What to do? The #5 spark plug looks good.

Ok it seems you have ruled out the plug and the coil. It may be time to consider a fuel injector or low compression. It's probably not low compression but you can rule it out for free. Parts stores rent out compression testers for free. Alex
Check fuel trim data.
