Ac heater fan has intermittent problems

Well the “fuse” can be eliminated as a suspect - can not come and go. While the blower is inoperative - *hands-on* testing must be applied so the actual failure can be discovered. A diagnostic flow chart and wiring schematic will be required along with proper testing equipment. Good luck.
