no it's been a year
which monitor(s)are showing not ready? Wifey has a 95 Tercel,but we don't have emissions/smog testing on 95 and older vehicles here in Gastonia,NC,only safety checks>horn,tires,signals,brake lights,etc,and better not have any TINT on the windows!! check engine light can be on,don't matter.BUT,i know CA is very strict,more than about any state.
