why won't my windows clear in damp or cold weather,?

YES same problem with small motor cars.. I've had two tercel/s 1992 and current 1997.. if you have a/c turn on it to full heat on the temp, control.. if a/c works turn the compressor on it will help warm the engine up a little faster since your heat comes from your cars engine radiator water coolant .. also it might also bee time to clean the windows inside also.. I prefer using Glass plus since its cleans better and leaves less streaks on the windows. paper towels spray windshield / windows wipe down really good, then wipe dry them off with dry paper towels.
