Suspect wiring or wire connector problem to wheel speed sensor... Can do visual inspection.. IF no problem found ... Suggest ABS scan test so live sensor data can be observed while test driving to try and duplicate unwanted ABS application... That will show what each sensor is reading and which is actually causing the trouble.
