Can you lock the truck with the engine running?

Lock all doors, then manually lock the drivers door from the outside using the spare KEY... Keep in mind a 'would be thief' can still take the vehicle if desired .. They don't mind knocking the window out! .. Just saying... However, that may never happen... In a perfect world, you 'ought' to be able to leave it running with the doors 'unlocked' without worry, but that place just doesn't exist!
