Around 30-40 mph my truck feels like it's going over a rumble strip.

What is your question?

If I put it in 4th instead of drive it doesn't happen. I have replaced u joints, center bearing, wheel bearings, and rotors calipers and brake pads. Any idea as to what could be wrong? I'm almost at my wits end!

Check engine light ever come on while driving?

No, it doesn't. The only light that has ever come on is the maintenance light when my oil changed is due. And that was done when everything else I listed was, just forgot to mention it.
