06 tacoma truck both blower/fan and heater do not work.Checked fuses. Problem ?

Do you have power to, and through the fuses? If pulling and reinstalling them made a difference I'd be checking for corrosion or pin damage in the fuse block. Keep in mind you might have a blower motor that is failing. Look for overheated connections at the control head, the blower motor and the resistor block.

I had a similar problem with the heater and it turned out to be the in Cabin filter, Replaced it and problem solved. Don't know if there is a differential sensor of if the accumulated dust and or dirt was catching the Fan blade.
