06 tacoma truck both blower/fan and heater do not work.Checked fuses. Problem ?

At first,The fan/heater would come on if I took out fuses and then placed them back. Now the blower and the heater do not work at all. No cold or warm air comes out. No air conditioning or heat at all. What should I look for?
Do you have power to, and through the fuses? If pulling and reinstalling them made a difference I'd be checking for corrosion or pin damage in the fuse block. Keep in mind you might have a blower motor that is failing. Look for overheated connections at the control head, the blower motor and the resistor block.
I had a similar problem with the heater and it turned out to be the in Cabin filter, Replaced it and problem solved. Don't know if there is a differential sensor of if the accumulated dust and or dirt was catching the Fan blade.
