Replaced front brake pads and rotors at 116000 miles.

Same shop that did them at 116K ?

Original brakes are ceramic. I'm betting you didn't get that kind of pads when they were replaced. The rotors also heat up pretty badly and can easily warp. Best bet is to spend the money on vented rotors and cramic pads. Probably won't get another 100,000+ miles but should 50-60,000.
