What is your question?
Recently I heard some strange sound from the passenger door side when just started the car. After that the window of the passenger side will overshoot above its regular height when rising after being lowered and causing door not to close completely because the overshot window prevented the door from it. It seems that there is a window rising stopper inside the door and the stopper fell apart. Is it? Thank you for your answer. kc2009

Sounds like the window regulator has failed, this is a dealer item and the labor time to remove and replace it is 1.1 hours
mine has had that problem since day one. was repaired twice. Now I just live with it because of the hassle of taking the car in!
My 2004 Toyota Solara has the same exact problem with the passenger window Passenger Window Overshoot for the last 4 years. Its a pain. I have to leave the window down 1 inch shut the door then roll the window up, otherwise the door won't shut properly and the window is jacked up pass its threshold
