Not an air bag in the seat....... The seat belt 'buckle' is tied into the SRS system! .... It can illuminate/flash the air bag light if there is a problem with the seat belt.... Really not sure about an occupant presents sensor on the 'drivers' seat... There is one on the passenger seat.

Probably something rolled under the seat and loosened the harness connection or a wire to it. See other post you had for a way to test. Also, you can pull the connector apart and reconnect while vehicle is off and see if light goes away. Also, see answer #1
