What is your question?
I'm trying to install an after market radio in my girlfriends 03 Toyota Solara, but it's experiencing no sound when wired into the oem radio's wire harness. After many trials and errors, i've concluded it has to be due to an oem amplifier somewhere in her car. After some further research I learned there is one in her car behind the glove box. There is two harnsses from the amplifier that have all the necessary wires that connect into the oem harness. Can I temporarily connect straight to the amplifier with the corresponding wires to receive sound until I can "professionally" clean things up? I bought a harness connector at AutoZone that would clip directly into the two harnesses near the glove box, hopefully giving her sound for the time being. Will this work as I am assuming temporarily? Thank you, Dylan
How long has your 2003 Toyota Solara had this problem?
