Will a bad water pump or timing belt cause a p0420 code on a 2001 Toyota 2.2
What is your question?
I have a 2001 Toyota solara 2.2 new O2 and air fueling sensor car runs and drives like a champ I drive 93 miles ever day and for 1 mile I drive it at 80mph due to 2 lanes passing section then back to one lane and back to 55 to 60mph
How long has your 2001 Toyota Solara had this problem?
RepairPal Certified shops can diagnose and repair your 2001 Toyota Solara. They provide transparent pricing with a minimum 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on repairs and services.
Your vehicle most likely doesn’t exhibit any symptoms - however considering you live in California - you’ll need to have this repaired for emissions testing - but I guess you already know that..
That must be rather annoying when the vehicle runs just fine but will not pass emissions testing.
I have no idea - I’m here in southern Virginia - we only have vehicle SAFETY INSPECTIONS.
Well - Good luck to ya!
