After removing original door, I made the mistake of cutting the old wires with battery connected. After installing new door I noticed that I blew fuse for the locks and replaced locked fuse. Master switch is getting power but nothing works. I tried new master switch but doesn't work. Locks work on passenger side switch and all locks with remote. No window switches work. It could be from Master switch lock window or because the master switch isnt working. I checked all window fuses and they seem good. Master switch not working for locks or windows, exchanged part still not working. Also changed the multiplex computer in hopes I messed that up. Nothing changed. Is there a relay that runs to this unit?

Fuses are either burned into or are intact - they do not “seem“ to be any other way! TEST EACH AND EVERY FUSE YOU CAN FIND - using a 12 volt test light. IF you aren’t familiar with the procedure - seek *hands-on* assistance from qualified personnel.
Did you replace only the sheet metal of the door and swap out every component and wiring harness from the old door?
