What is your question?
How big of a difference is it to get a 2010 Toyota Sienna that has 172000 miles on it when over 100000 miles were put on in the first 3 years and had all routine maintenance done at a Toyota Dealership. It was a company car and has had only 1 owner.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Not sure if the high miles should be that big of a concern.

Mileage itself doesn’t necessarily degrade the vehicle - it’s got more to do with the manner in which the mileage was accumulated.. Obviously this vehicle was operated on open highways for the first 3 years - that is easy mileage for any vehicle - I wouldn’t be concerned so much about the amount of miles if the price is in line.
You can check KBB for pricing according to mileage. Use Google.
