What is causing a ticking noise when I turn right and engage the gas?

What is your question?

I've recently got my coil packs and spark plugs replaced and now when I turn right AND engage the gas while moving, my car makes an annoying ticking sound. Any ideas? I took it back to the mechanic and they say it wasn't them.

What makes this problem better or worse?

More intense at higher speeds

Well did this mechanic even test drive the vehicle so this clicking noise could be experienced first hand?
