crank wont start

air-fuel-spark.....HOW did you verify spark? Are the cams turning? Broken timing belt ?

2004 sienna still have timing belts, so check that first. If loss of fuel its should have started or at least sputtered like it wanted to start if you where missing fuel. Any codes? Follow those.
