stalling & codes read: speed & oxygen sensors replaced all.still reads what now?

just found out we replaced the air/fuel sensors with universal oxygen sensors ugh. do u think we can substitute one of the oxygen sensors for the downstream sensor & go buy 2 upstream air/fuel sensors? we cant bring the sensors back because the wire were cut to fit.

Those univesal sensors are junk right out of the box! I dont understand why people refuse to have their vehicles properly diagnosed. It is cheaper than just buying parts that dont work! The day of DIY auto repair has been over with a long time now, especially this type repair, sorry but that is just how it is!
