My car has been sitting for about 3 months waiting for a new radiator and battery. finally put new battery and radiator and now the car wont stay started. what areas could be the problem. Does it have to do with the computer being re-programmed? help desperate in florida .

any time the battery goes dead or you disconnect it,the vehicles computer re-sets everything..it needs to re-learn the idle speed again..you can either drive it and kinda keep your foot on the gas pedal or start it up and rev to around 1500-2000 rpm in park..shouldn't take long,bout 10-15 minutes.
