Issue with 2013 Rav4: Noise from back of vehicle

What is your question?

When I accelerate over ~45 mph my car starts to make a jangling noise coming from the back passenger side area. When I slow down/brake, it stops. 2013 Rav4 LTE; 90,000 miles I have been experiencing this noise for a while so isn't too concerning, yet.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Occurs whether I am coasting or accelerating about 45 mph
