What is your question?
Also, the windshield wipers were going crazy, coming on randomly and wouldn't shut off. That seems to have been corrected. This all happened after hitting a deer. Was taken to a repair shop and all lights were off for about a week. We were told to replace wheel bearings. We did that, as well as getting new tires, rims, and suspension. No correction. The alternator has gone out twice and been replaced since then as well. Since the second alternator replacement the drivers side window rolls all the way up and then back down 2 inches. WTF? Should I just buy a new car? Ideas?

Honestly it seems to me you just need to have a component automobile repair facility perform the necessary *hands-on* testing so the actual failures can be discovered and a repair solution can be achieved. For instance the window just needs to be re-set to prevent it from lowering back down 2 inches after it has reached the top..
Lower window all the way down - raise the window all the way up and continue HOLDING switch button up for 5 seconds then release button.. This should eliminate that part of the problems at least. Be aware that a malfunctioning charging system can certainly cause the posted symptoms. Good luck!
