I was offered two ways to tow my car to my deal to fix the battery: 1) with front wheels up; 2) on a flat bed? for a distance of less than 8 miles Questions: Which should I use? Which is less expensive ? Which is better for the car. Thank you

The ideal situation is to tow the vehicle with the drive wheels off the ground. If your RAV4 is 4 wheel drive, then flat bed is the best. If it's front wheel drive, then it's OK to tow it with the front wheels up.

Buy a jump box and put it on the battery and drive it to the dealer. Or pull the car with a tow strap. If it's only 8 miles you won't do any damage.
