Why want my rav4 move into gear out of park when the brake light is on an abs light

What is your question?

I changed the brake light switch that's not the problem it will crank up an the abs light comes on the brake light comes on but if I hit the release but on the gear shift it will move but the light want work the air want work the windows want work the Radio want work help
