Read triangle on the dashboard but no code

Hello .so I have read triangle in my toyota Prius so I found any codes, the car running good I checked the hybrid battery HV is very good the 12v battery is good the oil the water pump the coolant water pump all those is good the problem is when I start the car I can't see the ready mode on the dashboard and I see the read triangle . I cleared the read triangle with my scanner and my car star Normal after 2 menuts I see the read triangle after I tour my car off and I start it again so she can't star. Help me please thank you
