I have a 2004 Pruis, and suddenly I believe last night. It seems my speedometer is broken, it says I'm going faster then I really am. How do I fix that?

Started last night, telling me I'm going 65 when I was actually probably at 45. 120 on the freeway when I'm going probably 70-80.
