Why are my seatbelts getting wet?

We have a 1994 toyota pickup and when it rain the seatbelts get wet.No water anywhere else. Where is the water coming from? It is a extended cab if that helps.

It looks the me like the sun roof is leaking..

Just the seat belts? I'll take a guess rain water getting pass bolt and nut to cloth of belts and acting like a sponge draws water right up the seat belt. My guess.
