When the air vane in top of air cleaner is moved with finger - should hear pump relay click and pump turn on. You’ll have to remove the top of air cleaner to get to the air vane under neath. With key on - move air vane - pump relay should turn on and pump supposed to run! (That’s what takes place normally when you start the engine) Good luck!
⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️ Simply turning key on will not activate the fuel pump - engine must be cranking! IT CAN BE tested as posted above - by moving the air vane in top of air cleaner with key on.
