Parking lights don't work, tried changing 15a fuse but it blows

I would replace the fuse , and when I turn on the lights it blows automatically, friends say shortage on wiring , and if so which one and where's location?

Unfortunately it is impossible to accurately divulge the requested information without *hands-on* testing to determine what has failed .. Doing otherwise would only be useless guesswork as there are far too many possibilities..
