New clutch installed. New slave cylinder.

The clutch is not 'disengaging' fully! I know what ya mean. Now the rod going to the clutch master cylinder has an adjustment BUT your problem is most likely air still in the system! .....Yeah i know bout the bleeding, seems like you have already bleed a gallon of fluid through it. New clutch is going to have less pedal travel, so if more bleeding and more bleeding doesn't help, can try to lengthen the rod.
Had same problem and replaced clutch and slave clutch. Found out clutch peddle bracket was cracked and springing not letting master cylinder push rod fully depress master cylinder.
Bingo, we have a winner! This turned out to be the problem. Everything fine now with new bracket. Sorry I forgot to post the solution. Thanks everyone.
hate I didn't see this sooner
That sounds reasonable. We will bleed it some more.
They are a pain to bleed!
You do it just like brakes right?
Yep same deal. Just keep fluid in it.
