What is your question?

I have replaced O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 twice now and it has failed again.What could be the cause of this?

Poor quality part - OR - that's not the actual problem. (NTK > Denso > NGK - sensors are quality replacements) IF we had the specific code number it would help.

Yea it is a Bosch o2 sensor in there right now and they just told me it failed and didn't give me a code. The end of it is black tho
