Why does the 2018 Highlander produce strong antifreeze smell outside of vehicle?

Once the car is at normal temperature, the car has a very strong odor of antifreeze; no leaks anywhere, no smell inside of car, and no loss of coolant. Only 5000 miles on car and dealer reports this is normal!? Vapor is said to come from coolant recovery bottle. Other Highlander models tested do not have this problem.
