Check amp fuse first .... See owner’s manual.

This is vague at best. A) have you seen the owners manual - nothing that relates or show a fuse diagram - shame on Toyota for that one. B) there are two Amp fuses in the fuse panel in the driver side engine bay panel box. Should they both be good, now there is where the question comes in that was asked and not answered - Where is the amplifier located.
