What is your question?
This happens every time it rains. The windows are all the way up, the moon roof is closed, and there is no moisture on the seals of the windows, or moon roof. There is no sign of water running down inside of the window, door frame or on the seat. A repair shop cleared any old leaves next to and over the fender drain on passenger side by the windshield wiper, and cleared any possible blockage with a forced air hose. One person pulled up the carpet in the passenger foot well and felt for water leaking or dripping as another person held a water hose over the car at all angles. No water was coming in. But, the next time it rained, the passenger foot well filled with water again.
What makes this problem better or worse?

How long has your 2010 Toyota Highlander had this problem?
Since I had work done on June 20, 2018, as far as I know.

A clogged A/C condensation drain tube will certainly cause the passenger floor board to become wet!
Hey I'm having the same problem. Did you ever find out?
Unfortunately - you’ll get no reply from the people asking questions on this site - I suppose they’re too busy to do so!
Friend of mine told me the same thing a few weeks ago. said, man we have had plenty of rain and it's been leaking in my passenger side floor through my windshield. I pulled his soaking wet carpet back passenger side, and told him right there is your problem,it ain't the rain,he just looked at me? Although his was easy(YARIS) I pulled the rubber tube/grommet out of floor, took loose from reservoir under dash,no water came out,BUT I pushed a little piece of wire up inside the tube, leaves and crap and lots of water came out,no problems since(took 5 minutes). If you run the A/C and no water is dripping under the vehicle, then the drain is clogged and draining inside the vehicle!
