What is your question?

After replacing alternator and main fuse relay what are my steps? Idle relearn ? Ect. My car is idling hard Trac, vsc off, and engine light on.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Unplug n plugging battery cables

Idle re-learn will take place automatically after engine / vehicle is operated for a few minutes. I suspect there are more problems that need to be addressed. *Hands-on* testing / diagnosis will be required.. Good luck!
