What is your question?
This just happened after I moved to Oklahoma from California. I think that the water froze in the car and the pressure blow the plugs . I didn't know that you were supposed to use antifreeze in the car out here in Oklahoma. Found one of the plugs and put it back in,but it still leaks from the engine.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It won't start
How long has your 2007 Toyota Highlander had this problem?

Well you likely weren’t aware that ice has a tremendous force that is easily capable of cracking an engine block. Recommend *hands-on* inspection / evaluation by qualified personnel. GOOD LUCK!
